General Booking Conditions
For Nepal, India, Tibet, and Bhutan Tours, kindly provide a photocopy of your passport and a 20% deposit of the total trip cost upon booking. The 20% deposit is non-refundable once paid, serving as a trip cancellation fee for cancellations made after the booking date. The remaining amount can be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu before commencing your trek or tour.
Note: In India, Bhutan and Tibet tours, the balance amount must be paid 20 days before your departure date if you plan to fly directly to these countries. Failure to meet this deadline may lead to trip cancellation at our discretion.

Payments can be made via wire transfer or credit card. You can also pay through bank transfer, PayPal, visa card, master card. We will provide you the bank detail after you book your trip.

Last Minute Booking
We accept last-minute bookings for trips to Nepal up to 3 days before departure. However, last-minute bookings may not be applicable for India, Bhutan or Tibet trips.
Postpone The Trip
Notify us in writing if you need to postpone your trip for any reason. You can choose alternative dates without incurring any charges.
Cancellation Policy
Upon trip cancellation, the 20% deposit is considered a non-refundable cancellation fee. If you’ve paid more than the deposit, the remaining balance, after deducting the 20% fee, will be refunded via the original payment method.
Risk and Liabilities
Tours are conducted under the regulations of the respective country’s tourism board. We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances. Clients are advised to have travel insurance to cover additional costs in such situations.
Incomplete Tour
No refunds will be provided for incomplete hiking, tours, treks, rafting, paragliding, bungee jump, mountain flight, peak climbing or expeditions, regardless of the reason from the customer’s side.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If your trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange an alternative trip to ensure your investment is not lost.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations (helicopter rescue), trip cancellations, loss of gear, natural calamities, and theft is mandatory for all clients.
Flight Delay / Cancellation
Clients are advised to carry extra money for food and accommodations during flight delays. RP Treks is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to delays.
During The Tour
RP Treks is not liable for refunds if clients commit unlawful acts leading to their expulsion from Nepal.
Warning
Terms and conditions apply only to direct bookings. Clients booking through agents or third parties are subject to their terms and conditions. RP Treks is not responsible for losses due to website updates or modifications.
