Two years ago I have been with Rajan on the EBC/ Gokyo Lakes and afterwards on the Kanchenjunga North- and South basecamp Trek, which was one of the most beautiful treks I have ever done! I had an amazing time and that as well thanks to Rajan, who has organized the whole trip.

Everything was very well planned and even if there would be a need to re-plan or some difficulties along the way, he solved them straight away. He is very patient and has a great knowledge about the mountains. Definitely a guide to trust and I highly recommend taking a tour with him.

We did Manaslu & Tsum valley trek with Rajan. It was great experience and Rajan was very caring and helpful. He provided us with plenty of details about the landscape and culture and I feel very safe with him.

When we were deciding where to go for the next trek, we asked Rajan and decided to go with him again. Second time, we did the Kanchenjunga North and South base camp circuit and Rajan did not disappoint us. He took care of all permits and transportation and we could just enjoy one of the most awesome experience in our life.

Went to EBC in April 2023. Rajan was our guide and took good care of us. He has extensive knowledge and experience on this hike.

He made sure we ate well, slept on time and doing our breathing exercises everyday. I was walking very slow took a lot of breaks but he was always positive and never encouraged to not give up.

This is a very hard terrain and this trek was only possible with his support and guidance.

Definitely would recommend going with this guide/company on one of the amazing treks there are in Nepal. We were in the Kanchenjunga area and couldn’t have wished for better hospitality, professionality and fun with these guys/guides!

We, whole family, were in Nepal from mid-March to early April. My 1st trekking holiday ever, right in Nepal! The Tsum Valley and the Manaslu Circuit with a pass crossing (5106 m!) was our goal and thanks to our unique guide Rajan Neupane with his many years of experience (knows all the accommodations and has a great network) everything worked out very well.

Perfect organization: from the moment we arrived in Kathmandu we didn’t have to worry about anything: sightseeing tour, accommodation, jeep/bus rides (an experience), food ❤️, day tours with adjustment to the altitude (perfect), medical care (everything included, great expertise, even with my knee problem after the downhill passages, Rajan helped me very sensitively and excellently). The whole time I felt very comfortable and very well looked after. In difficult passages for me (hanging bridges at the beginning, now no longer a problem, scree sections, snow fields (pass crossing) Rajan accompanied me firmly by the hand and with his positive energy.

My most impressive moment was in the Tsum Valley, which is still very authentic, we were probably the first tourists for a long time since Corona, near Nyle: arrived in the drizzle in the evening (completely forgot that we were so close to the high mountains) and at 5 o’clock, bam! my view of my 1st 5000er, snow-covered at sunrise. Magical! I myself at 3,500 m, then it becomes completely normal. Otherwise we went skiing in the Alps, 3,000 m is super high there! Come again! My next destination is the EBC, Everst up close. Fall next year would be great.

Well-recommended! May 2023, RP Treks arranged a 4-week trip to Nepal for my father, brother and me. Rajan joined us as guide for the Kanchenjunga Base camp-trekking. We truly had an excellent experience (in fact, this was our third trip to Nepal with him!). Everything in Kathmandu was carefully arranged, like airport pick-up, hotel, and taxi to do some sightseeing. Domestic flight and jeep was well-organized. But most importantly, Rajan is an experienced, reliable and always helpful guide. We would never hire another one in case we would go again!

He knows a lot about the country, the different areas, the mountains, health (he has medical certificates), flora and fauna, hiking routes, is respectful to customers and locals, he is flexible and always thinks along with you. His service is 100% and he takes very good care of his employees (in our case, two porters). We’ve known Rajan since 2013 and he has increased his network also outside of Nepal, like Tibet and India since, so we would also go to him for trips to those places.

I hiked with Rajan on the Dhauligiri circuit.

He was amazing and very helpful on a tough and potentially hazardous trek.

I would like to share my experience with Rajan, our guide. Such a nice human, always smiling, so kind, friendly and loving. He took very good care of us all. He arranged everything so organized and on time. I look forward to doing more treks with him in the future.

We did the Manaslu Trek with Rajan our guide who was excellent. Not only knowledgeable and experienced but was very attentive to our needs anticipating and not only responding to our requests. The back office team, specifically Prash advised us in advance on preparations and handled administrations without a flaw. The trek itself is magnificent; moderate to challenging with amazing vistas all the way. It is also less travelled than the more classic treks around Annapurna or Everest Base Camp which is a plus. For us this was a father / son trip that is really a once in a life time experience.
